30-Days Return & Exchange Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, If you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us for a return / refund / exchange.
Returnable product request:
1. Products must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unstyled (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear).
2. All final sale orders, custom items, and accessories can't be allowed to return or exchanged.
How To apply return/exchange
1. Please contact us (Email firstname.lastname@example.org) within 30 days of receipt. Detailed descriptions, pictures, and/or videos included in the email are helpful in accelerating the return/refund process.
2. Our aftersale customer service colleague will respond to you within 1 business day.
3. After confirmation, please return the item according to our instructions and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will contact you and process an exchange or a refund within 1 business day.
1. Please don't bother to send the box, you can pack the wig directly with the express bag.
2. Kindly note that we DO NOT provide shipping labels. You're responsible for the return shipping charge, which is about $8-$12 for U.S. customers.
3. We are not responsible for the loss of packages or stolen packages.
4. Any packages sent out without our permission are not acceptable. We do not assume any responsibility.
1. Refund will be processed and automatically returned to your original method of payment in 3-10 working days.
2. Please kindly note $25 will be deducted from your original payment as the restocking fee.

1. Customers can enjoy a one-time free exchange(Return postage is on the buyer). No restocking fee for the items and we will do free shipping again for exchanged products.
2. We will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge for any price difference between the exchanged items.
1. You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back.
2. Place a new order online, we will prepare the new hair while waiting for the return. Your new hair will be shipped to you after it is finished.
3. When we receive the returned product in its original condition, we'll issue full refunds to you, with no restocking fee.
4. The normal exchanged items are unavailable for the policy.
